Walibi America is a theme park owned by The Walibi Group and is located in Columbus, Georgia. The park opened in 1981 as "Southern Wonderland" owned by Taft Broadcasting (later Kings Entertainment Company). The Walibi Group bought the park in 1993 after Kings Entertainment Company sold the rest of their parks to Paramount.
